Super comfy and clean!

Had a nice stay! The room was fresh and super clean, and the shower was great. I really liked the comfy bed and that it had a mini-fridge. But the parking situation was kinda tight. Overall, it was just what we needed for a quick stopover on our trip to New Orleans.

perfect base for exploring parks and shopping centers

During my recent stay, I loved how close I was to Hamilton Place Mall, just a short walk away, and the beautiful Enterprise South Nature Park, which made for a great weekend stroll surrounded by nature. the amenities like free Wi-Fi made my stay comfortable and convenient.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, especially since it was convenient for our family. The location was great, being close to attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium and Ruby Falls. Our kids loved being near the Creative Discovery Museum, making our trip memorable.

My wife says that the pool area could definitely use some cleaning. It would be great if they improved upkeep for families with kids.

The first room experience was rough—someone was already checked in when I got there. Keys failed to open multiple doors, and I found myself in a cough-fest after encountering pepper spray residue. The breakfast setup could also use an upgrade. missing pastries left only stale options on the table. The outdoor pool looked okay from a distance but wasn't inviting enough for a dip after the chaotic start. After some searching, settled for a room that, while clean on the surface, lacked in odor—the smell hinted at a bit too many late-night drinks.

Awesome place with free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff helped me find great local spots. Highly recommend for a city trip.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Serenitystay Chattanooga Hamilton Place. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I loved the modern rain shower. The in-room amenities, including the mini-fridge and lotion dispenser, made my stay feel very convenient.

A door sweep to prevent bugs would help.
